- 1) Required Documents (Refer to the SETEC Exhibition Hall Operating Regulations and Lease Agreement)
- A. Event or venue operation plan (for exhibitions, events, etc.)
- B. If the event venue includes facilities or structures requiring permits,inspections, or approvals from relevant authorities, the corresponding certificates must be submitted.
- C. Insurance policy:
- Full-hall event: (Death) KRW 150 million, (Injury) Up to KRW 30 million,
(Disability) Up to KRW 150 million based on severity
- Single-hall event: [(Death) KRW 50 million, (Injury) Up to KRW 10 million,
(Disability) Up to KRW 50 million] × Number of leased halls

- If heavy or hazardous materials need to be brought into the venue, submission of the Heavy Equipment Entry Report and Hazardous Material Entry/Exit Permit Application is mandatory.
- 2) Use of the Exhibition Hall and Meeting Rooms
- A. Usage is permitted only after compliance with operating regulations and payment of rental fees.
- B. All activities must adhere to the SETEC Operating Regulations and Lease Agreement.
- C. Any use beyond the contract must be pre-approved by SETEC.
- 3) Installation and Construction
- All construction and installations must comply with relevant regulations (architecture, fire safety, electrical, gas, etc.) and SETEC Operating Regulations.
- 02Compliance with SETEC Operating Regulations

- 1) Compliance Responsibilities
- A. The organizer must inform construction companies, participating companies, and other relevant entities of the SETEC Operating Regulations in advance to ensure compliance.
- B. Deadlines for submitting various applications and reports (as per the designated forms in the operating regulations) must be strictly followed.
- - Since these documents are reviewed and approved in accordance with SETEC Operating Regulations, compliance with submission deadlines is necessary to prevent delays in construction and event execution.
- 2) Booth Installation Guidelines
- A. Fire hydrants and emergency exits must remain at least 1 meter clear, and cargo entryways must remain at least 5 meters clear.
- B. Compliance with designated installation boundaries within the exhibition hall is mandatory.
- C. Only flame-retardant materials must be used for construction work.
- - Prior to construction, a flame-retardant certification must be submitted via email.
- - If non-compliant materials are found, SETEC reserves the right to halt construction, with all responsibility falling on the user.
- D. All booth construction and related work must adhere to SETEC Operating Regulations and applicable legal standards.
- E. All booth construction and installation work must be carried out by SETEC-registered contractors.
- - If SETEC does not have a registered contractor for a specific type of work, alternative contractors may be used after consultation with SETEC.
- F. Construction must be carried out in accordance with the submitted design plans.
- - Any necessary changes must be pre-approved through the submission of a change request form before implementation.
- - The user bears full responsibility for any issues arising from non-compliant construction.
- 3) Handling of Heavy and Hazardous Materials
- Approval must be obtained through the submission of a Heavy Material Entry Report and a Hazardous Material Entry (Exit) Permit Application before such materials can be brought into the venue.
- 4) Safety and Security Measures
- A. Security, guidance, and event staff must be deployed to prevent facility damage, fire hazards, safety incidents, theft, and ensure orderly operations.
- B. Protective measures, such as Pytex flooring, must be implemented to prevent floor damage from installations in the lobby.
- 03Other Instructions and Restrictions

- 1) Sales and Cooking Activities
- A. Sales and cooking activities within the event venue are strictly prohibited.
- - Exceptions may be granted only with prior approval from SETEC, if deemed necessary for the event.
- 2) Restrictions on Floor and Wall Usage
- A. Only water-based crayons and marking tape may be used on the exhibition hall floor (prohibited: transparent tape, double-sided tape, strong adhesives, etc.).
- B. Attaching advertisements using tape, adhesives, or nails to walls or floors is strictly prohibited.
- 3) Utility and Facility Use
- A. Electricity, compressed air, and water supply can only be provided after safety inspections.
- - Supply must adhere to electrical operation guidelines and event-related procedures.
- B. Noise regulations must be observed to prevent disputes among exhibitors.
- C. Materials related to the opening ceremony must be submitted in advance (event schedule, VIP list, vehicle details, etc.).
- D. The use of indoor heating equipment is prohibited in the exhibition hall and conference rooms.
- E. Any non-exhibition events held in the indoor exhibition hall must include protective flooring (e.g., Pytex) and ensure minimal noise during dismantling.
- F. LPG gas cylinders are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
- G. If additional facilities such as dressing rooms, makeup rooms, or medical rooms are needed, separate areas within the venue must be set up.
- H. Large-scale performances or gatherings require additional security personnel and prior consultation with SETEC.
- 4) Waste Disposal and Restoration
- A. Users must submit a work report when using electricity, heating/cooling systems, water supply, or compressed air.
- B. Users are responsible for covering the costs of waste disposal resulting from their event.
- C. After the event, both parties must inspect the venue together to confirm its condition (with the onsite manager).
- 5) Prohibited Activities
- A. Painting within the exhibition hall is prohibited (except for unavoidable repair work, which requires SETEC approval).
- B. The use of electric saws, grinders, and other electrical work tools is prohibited.
- C. The use or entry of hazardous materials (flammable substances, heaters, electric heating devices, open flames, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
