Common
- 1. Installation and dismantling works for events held at SETEC must comply with the SETEC Operating Regulations, the Designated Contractor Manual, and relevant laws, following the approval procedures.
- 2. Documents, including work reports, must be submitted in advance as a principle. Submit them to the SETEC Site Manager’s email within the deadline. If submission within the deadline is not possible, a justification letter must be attached, and a confirmation certificate will be issued. Failure to submit the required documents will result in the inability to carry out installation in the exhibition hall.
- 3. Attend industrial safety prevention training before starting any work.
- 4. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including a safety helmet, during work.
- 5. Installation and storage of items in front of fire hydrants and emergency exits must be restricted to a minimum of 1 meter in a straight line, and at least 5 meters in front of the cargo entrance.
- 6. Strictly adhere to the booth installation boundary lines for each exhibition hall.
- 7. Always wear the pass issued by SETEC or the exhibition organizer during the installation and dismantling period.
- 8. Smoking and bringing food into the exhibition hall are prohibited.
- 9. Exercise caution to prevent damage to SETEC facilities. In the event of damage, the user is responsible for restoring the facility to its original condition as quickly as possible.
- 10. In preparation for A/S during the exhibition period, a designated representative must remain onsite. If not present, a confirmation certificate must be provided.
- 11. No work, item or box stacking, loading or unloading, or parking of vehicles is allowed in the unloading area or vehicle passageways.
- 02Cautions by business type

- 1) Exhibition Booth Installation
Required Documents

- • Self-Constructed Booth
- - Self-Construction Commitment Letter, Work Report, Booth Construction Drawings (3D Color Perspective, Floor Plan, Elevation, Electrical), Flame Resistance Test Result Notification (Woodwork, Vinyl, Carpet, Pytex, Curtains, Wallpaper, etc.)
- 1. Only assembly of finished products is permitted within SETEC; use of electric tools such as saws, painting work, and any such activities are prohibited.
- 2. During cleaning of the booth, any foreign substances introduced inside the booth during installation or dismantling must be removed after the dismantling is complete.
- 3. Waste generated during installation and dismantling must be handled directly (storage is prohibited). Material boxes, etc., should be stored in designated locations with approval from the Site Manager (unauthorized storage is not allowed). All items related to the event should be removed from SETEC to the exterior within the designated period.
- 4. Be cautious when using adhesives or bonding agents to ensure that wallpaper does not stick to the exhibition floor. Adhesive or bonding work must be done within the booth.
- 5. For independent booth construction, a separate work report must be submitted (electricity and Pytex separately collected) and approved before construction.
- 2) Electrical Work
- Required Documents – Work Report, Technical Support Application, Electrical Drawings (Main Line Diagram)
- 1. Thorough management of trench and inspection hole caps, mandatory restoration of inspection hole caps to their original condition. After dismantling work, inspection caps must be checked; if damaged or lost, restoration is mandatory.
- 2. The main line installation must be prioritized before work begins (indicate installation location on the drawings when submitting the work report).
- 3. Work must comply with electrical laws, SETEC operating regulations, and other applicable standards.
- 4. After completion, the overall inspection will be conducted by the SETEC Operations Office. The contractor must cooperate fully during the safety inspection.
- 5. According to the principle of contractor responsibility, the contractor is responsible for managing the on/off switches for independent booths and basic booths.
- 6. The contractor is responsible for any safety accidents during installation.
- 7. For the safety of electrical work, installation caps must be used on terminals to prevent exposure.
- 3) Security
Required Documents – Security Personnel Deployment List
- 1. Security personnel must be deployed according to the SETEC exhibition hall security staffing schedule.
- 2. Safety control during installation and dismantling work: Ensure no violations of common safety precautions or industry-specific guidelines during the installation process.
- 3. Familiarize and comply with SETEC's security guidelines.
- 4. Notify SETEC Operations Office when personnel are deployed or withdrawn.
- 5. The contractor must refrain from any actions that violate SETEC's operating regulations.
- 4) Transportation and Customs
- 1. Driving speed within SETEC exhibition halls must not exceed 10 km/h.
- 2. Submit the exhibition item entry request form by the specified date, and gain approval before bringing in materials.
- 5) Pytex
Required Documents – Work Report, Flame Resistance Test Result Notification, Installation Location Drawing
- 1. The contractor's name must be marked on the backside of the carpet for independent booths (the site manager will verify on-site).
- 2. If there are any issues with the floor condition, the contractor is responsible for restoring it to its original condition.
- 6) Ticketing and Registration System
- Notify the SETEC site manager of the visitor and attendee status after the conclusion of each day’s event.
- 7) Dismantling
- 1. Be cautious of floor damage when dismantling booths using trucks.
- 2. Ensure that no waste or remnants are left behind after the booth dismantling is completed.
- 8) Water, Drainage, and Compressed Air
Required Documents – Work Report, Installation Location Drawing
- 1. Thorough management of trench and inspection hole caps.
- 2. Notify SETEC site manager of the final completion and test results (normal supply).
- 9) Furniture and Fixtures
- Required Documents – Work Report, Furniture and Fixtures Entry (Exit) Report, Flame Resistance Test Result Notification (if necessary)
- 1. Prohibited use of damaged or unsightly fixtures that affect the aesthetics (supply optimal fixtures).
- 10) Advertising and Guidance Facilities (Refer to related regulations for advertising and guidance facilities)
- Required Documents – Work Report, Advertising Facility Installation Application, Installation Plan
- 1. Install advertising and guidance facilities at the designated locations after obtaining approval.
- 2. Advertising materials must be produced after approval.
- 3. Ensure that ropes used to secure banners do not compromise the aesthetics and avoid damaging existing facilities (perform regular checks after installation).
- 4. Notify the SETEC site manager of any issues after installation and dismantling.
- 5. All installed advertisements must be removed simultaneously with the event's conclusion.
- 11) Forklifts and Heavy Equipment
- 1. Driving speed within SETEC exhibition halls must not exceed 10 km/h.
- 2. Pay attention to avoiding damage to walls, floors, and other facilities during loading, unloading, and transportation.
- 3. Assign signal personnel as necessary.
- 03Contract cancellation and registration restriction

- 1) Termination of Contract
- 1. If the "exhibition hall" receives more than two written warnings and fails to correct the issues.
- 2. If sanctions are imposed by the government or government agencies.
- 3. If the "partner company" is unable to fulfill the contract due to bankruptcy, forced enforcement, reassignment, or other similar reasons.
- 4. If the "registered company" lends its name to a third party.
