- Immediately control any hazardous factors on-site that pose a risk of safety accidents, and notify the site manager
- In case of safety accidents or medical emergencies, assess the situation and immediately inform the site manager
- Ensure that workers wear proper safety protection (e.g., helmets for elevated work) during installation and dismantling days
- Confirm the presence of flagmen during forklift operations
- During floor marking, ensure the use of water-based crayons, marking tape, etc. and regularly patrol to prevent the use of permanent markers or transparent tape
- In case of facility damage or impairment, collect the responsible company's details and photo/video evidence, and notify the site manager without delay
- During events, use traffic cones to define the main entry and exit areas, preventing collisions between visitors and vehicles
- Record the item name, quantity, and company name, then remove the waste and notify the site manager
- Request the security team to lock the doors and notify the management office
