02Security guard work instructions
  1. A. Prevent any internal or external safety accident around the exhibition center (safety patrol at any time)

    - Immediate control at the site for any risk factor with concern of any safety accident

  2. B. Access control: access control for any person without a pass or permission
  3. C. Prevention of facility damage or loss

    - Record personal information on the damaging company and inform Hall Manager of it, if any facility is damaged or impaired.

  4. D. Parking control and vehicle access at each exit in the exhibition center
  5. E. Control of removal on special wastes to the outside (principle of processing special wastes by the discharging party.)

    - Record the item name, quantity and company name, remove them to the outside, and inform Hall Manager.

  6. F. Check access door locking when coming to and leaving the site, turn off lighting lamps.

    - Request Hall Manager for access door locking.

  7. G. Check prevention of epidemics of exhibition hall
03Operating personnel arrangement standards
  1. A. Arrange operating personnel for guide / leading to exhibition center, parking control, orderly maintenance during ticketing, prevention of safety accident, etc.
