02Security guard work instructions
  1. A. Prevention of internal and external safety accidents in the exhibition hall (frequent safety patrols)

    - Immediately control any hazardous factors on-site that pose a risk of safety accidents, and notify the site manager

    - In case of safety accidents or medical emergencies, assess the situation and immediately inform the site manager

    - Ensure that workers wear proper safety protection (e.g., helmets for elevated work) during installation and dismantling days

    - Confirm the presence of flagmen during forklift operations

  2. B. Monitor and prevent actions that violate the contractor’s operational regulations and procedures
  3. C. Access control: Prevent unauthorized access for individuals without passes or permission
  4. D. Prevention of facility damage and impairment

    - During floor marking, ensure the use of water-based crayons, marking tape, etc. and regularly patrol to prevent the use of permanent markers or transparent tape

    - In case of facility damage or impairment, collect the responsible company's details and photo/video evidence, and notify the site manager without delay

  5. E. Control parking and ensure vehicle access routes are clear at each entrance

    - During events, use traffic cones to define the main entry and exit areas, preventing collisions between visitors and vehicles

  6. F. Control the removal of special waste (principle: waste should be processed by the discharging party)

    - Record the item name, quantity, and company name, then remove the waste and notify the site manager

  7. G. At the beginning and end of the day, ensure doors, windows, emergency exits, and cargo entrances are locked, and check that lights in the exhibition hall, organizer’s office, VIP room, and conference room (if used) are turned off

    - Request the security team to lock the doors and notify the management office

  8. H. After the event, hand over any remaining items in the exhibition hall to the organizer
